Objective

Leverage AI tools to boost creativity, streamline operations, and enhance game development efficiency.

What will you do

AI Tool Implementation & Management: Research, propose, and integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Google Veo, Open Art, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to support content creation, operations, and game design. Maintain and optimize the performance and usage of AI tools across the company.
Internal Support & Training: Guide employees on effective AI usage. Develop documentation and workflows for departments to use AI tools efficiently.
AI-Powered Content Creation: Use AI to generate creative assets such as images, audio, storylines, and visual effects. Optimize prompts to ensure high-quality and efficient output.
Research & Innovation: Keep up with the latest AI technology trends and propose suitable tools and application strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience working with AI tools or AI-powered creative content;
Good English reading and writing skills;
Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Stable Diffusion, etc.;
Strong prompt engineering skills, creative thinking, and a proactive learning mindset;
Good communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly;
Proactive, innovative, and open to experimenting with and proposing new solutions;
